This research studies the modern methods of teaching the translation of Chinese press texts into Arabic depending on international news to monitor these methods. This research aims to provide new opinions in the field of teaching press texts and using the field of computer-assisted translation to prepare a generation of translators to cope with the labor market, used the applied research. This research shows that the one who teaches press texts translation currently depends on traditional methods, so this research shows the modern methods that the teacher follows in teaching, such as teaching The basic characteristics of the press text, and shows that the translator depends on the theory of reading, translation, and writing in translating press texts, this theory summarizes the goal theory and the theory of functional translation and communicative translation, the research also explains the strategy for translating those texts.
