This article is an analysis of the rhetorical aspect of Mussolini's political language. His life was full of different stages to be analyzed. But the period chosen to be analyzed in this article is from 1940-1941, i.e. from the declaration of war against France and Great Britain till the declaration of war against the United States. In this article, we will find a rhetorical analysis of the rhetorical figures most used by Mussolini. The article is divided into an introduction, conclusion, and references. The research topic includes 9 rhetorical figures which will be analyzed according to the qualitative level to know their types, significance and quantitative level as to indicate the number of uses of each figure compared to the rest of figures. The order of figures is according to how many times they were used: antithesis, metaphor, anaphora, metonymy, polyptoton, hyperbole, simile and suspension. Metaphor is divided into three linguistic fields: religious, medical, and military. Mussolini has created a special use instead of the usual use of three-point. In addition, we can find rhetorical question with clarification of its objectives according to critics.
