In this research, entitled with (The numerical value of letters through its rotation In the opinion of cryptologists and linguists, And its effect on the semantics of words), the researcher dealt with  the rotation of letters by cryptologists and their prominent role in linguistic studies, and the linguistic statistics and the rotation of letters in the words of ancient and modern linguists, The researcher came out with a suggested order for the rotation of letters and gave each letter a numerical value based on the order of rotation. The researcher posited a hypothesis that the words of higher numerical value carry a higher signal load than those with less numerical value. This hypothesis, which was developed by the researcher - is true - is of great importance in the field of semantics, because it proves - then - that the existence of a complete synonym between words is impossible to occur in any language.
